Proprietary Technology Solution
The technology WTE-Tech has developed is based on the concept of Flameless Combustion. Flameless Combustion (FC) is a mode of auto oxidation in which oxidation takes place above auto-ignition temperature (650-700 °C) and below adiabatic flame based combustion temperatures (1950-2000 °C).
Under conditions of FC any hydrocarbon containing steam is intensively mixed with the required amount of combustion air (mixing only at the furnace inlet, no pre-mixing). In the combustion chamber, kept at temperatures above auto-ignition temperature a homogeneous oxidation reaction takes place in the gas phase, utilizing the full volume of the combustion chamber.
Preferably temperatures are kept at a level of 900- 1200 °C, in any case at temperatures below 1400 °C to avoid NOx formation.
Granular urea is a slow release fertilizer, ideal for supplying the nitrogen that is essential for crops to achieve optimum yields. The Dutch urea granulation technology is leading in the world, producing best-available grade product with very low moisture content, making it ideal for storing and shipping. At the same time advanced dust reduction through advanced cooling technology and the possibility to produce granules without additives, make this Dutch technology the most environmental and health friendly option available today. This all comes at a lower investment due to revolutionary adjustments to traditional granulation unit design concepts, leading to lower building height and lower required building strength. Although the granulation unit process design engineering is performed completely in Europe, parts of basic and detail design and manufacturing of proprietary process equipment are performed by trusted partners in China, making it possible to further decrease overall cost for the end-user. Through Triple H, Iranian producers have access to the complete fertilizer production process, from synthesis to granulation, enabling domestic producers to convert Iranian gas into highly valuable fertilizers suitable for both domestic and export use.
Gas to liquid
The Dutch have been leading in the development of gas to liquid technology for many years, in search of the most optimal way to convert natural gas to high quality lube base oils and transportation fuels.
